Punjab Ring Road Infrastructure Management Engineering (Private) Limited was incorporated onJune 16, 2016 with the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). The main objective of the Company was to construct the Lahore Ring Road Southern Loop (SL I & II) on Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT) Mode for a period of 25 years. Additionally, the Company is responsible for collecting the toll and maintenance of the toll plazas on already constructed Northern Loop of Lahore Ring Road during the above-mentioned period. The formal Concession Agreement (CA) in this regard was signed by and between Lahore Ring Road Authority (LRRA) and Punjab Ring Road Infrastructure Management & Engineering (Private) Limitedon June 22, 2016. In order to comply with various clauses of Concession Agreement, the Company has also appointed Independent Engineer and Independent Auditor. Furthermore, the appointment of External Auditor (Statutory Auditor) and Legal Advisor, as required by the Companies Act, 2017, is also in place. The Honorable Chief Minister of the Punjab, inaugurated the Project on achievement of 95% substantial completion on December 22, 2017.
